Refund policy

1. Booking and Payment

To secure your event planning services, a deposit or full payment may be required. We accept the following payment methods: credit card, Debit Card, PayPal, certified cashiers check, Cash.  The payment terms and amounts will be detailed during the booking process.

2. Event Confirmation

After you complete your booking and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your event. This serves as a receipt and contract agreement for the services being provided.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations by Client: If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation policies are as follows:

    • 60 days before event date: Full refund
    • 30 days before event date: [50%] refund
    • 15-20 days before event date: No refund

    Any deposit paid may be non-refundable depending on the terms of the booking.

  • Cancellations by Us: If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your booking, we will notify you and offer a full refund or alternative services.

4. Changes to Services

If you request changes to the event plan after the agreement is signed, additional fees may apply depending on the scope of changes. We will confirm any new costs before proceeding.

5. Liability and Limitations

While we take every effort to ensure the success of your event, we are not responsible for any damages, losses, or delays that occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, vendor cancellations, force majeure events).

6. Taxes

All applicable taxes are included in your purchase price unless otherwise noted. The total amount will be reflected at checkout.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the matter. 

8. Changes to This Purchase Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Purchase Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected here, and you will be notified if they materially affect your current booking.
